We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will be as passionate about guest service, food quality and standards within the business, as we are. You will be diligent in ensuring all guests have a great experience and only the very best will do. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will lead your team to drive sales and volume in the business.

The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will:

Day to day Assisting the restaurant manager
Maintain standards across the operation
Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
Co-ordinate the operation of the restaurant on a day to day basis
Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety
Take responsibility for stock and weekly paper work


The Ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have:

·Current / previous experience working as a Supervisor / Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fast paced hospitality environment.

·Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.

·Current experience managing a strong team of Waiters.

·Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining the guests’ expectations.

·Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to work on their own initiative, calmly and when under pressure.
