We are looking for a multi-talented Marketing manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate must come from established marketing background and be customer focused, organised and highly professional.

Your main duties:

Assist in establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
Manage the restaurant reservations database, organisation of parties and events (both in and outside the restaurant)
Continuously seek ways to maximise revenue, covers, average spend and profit.
Handle guest and employee enquiries and problems in a professional and friendly manner
Assist with promotional and marketing related tasks
Administrative tasks

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
High level of organisation
Previous marketing experience in hospitality industry
IT literacy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work according to the needs of the business
