Identify and target companies posting senior positions that align with our service offerings2. Conduct high-level sales calls to decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our services3. Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly4. Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system7. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsRequirementsProven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the recruitment industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makersStrong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutionsCharismatic and energetic personality, with a passion for building relationships and driving salesSelf-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsProficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suiteBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred:1.
