Bussiness Analysts

**The Position**Professional who will analyze business processes, identify technology solutions, and ensure efficient and effective utilization of IT resources to support the organization's goals.**Responsibilities & Tasks**- Running reports and identify crucial errors in data entry in the claims management system.- Identify and report ongoing requirements for claims management system based on evolving business needs.- Work with large amounts of data and compare data from different modules in system to look for missing information using excel and other data analysis tools.- Identify possible patterns in errors and missing information which would help in rectifying the system requirements.- Help design, document, and maintain system processes.- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.- Communicate key insights and findings to product team.- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.The position offers a good degree of flexibility and the opportunity to develop the role.
