Customer Service Representative

We are looking for hundreds of Customer service representatives! "Evolving the BPO services and helping with our clients´ needs to a whole new level." Compensation: USD 3 – 5/hourly. - Holiday pay (up to 2x pay rate). Location: Remote (for Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela residents). Skills: Beginner in technical and phone support. Responsibilities: - Primary responsibility is call-servicing, both inbound and outbound, for internal or external customers, and may include additional activities as the client needs. - Additional activities can vary, including retention and sales initiatives/campaigns, account review activities, mobile device troubleshooting, and other support functions as needed.
