But we are just getting started We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.Reporting to the Finance Lead, Finance Executive is responsible for processing billing and receipts received from resellers.**Responsibilities**:Follow the procedure strictly to complete simple daily operation task according to the Service Level Agreement requirements.:Processing of billing and receipts from customers by team for the 6 countries.:Accrual of revenues for uncompleted services.:Perform Accounts Receivables (AR) and collection reconciliation for each country.Ability to initiate or lead/assist on continuous improvement of business processes and system enhancement.Provide support to local country finance team, liaise, and communicate effectively with stakeholders on relevant issue.Build and sustain effective relationships with local country finance.Respond to audit/local country finance queries on a timely basis.Any other ad:hoc task assigned.Billing, Collections and Accounts ReceivablesProcessing of billing and collection from resellers in an efficient and timely manner.Accuracy in billing and collection offsetting against AccountsReceivables (AR).Follow up on billing and AR collections for Ninja Direct, maintaining low DSO.Accrual of revenue and reconciliation of AR and collection.Stakeholder ManagementWork with country finance and Regional team on Ninja Direct billing and collection.Provide services support to businessstakeholders.Maintain good relationships withstakeholders, country finance teams and resellers.Quality Controls and Audit ComplianceMaintain a robust controls environment that mitigates and minimizes financial risks.Maintain and review a suitable system ofProcess compliance.Ensure all financial activities and reporting are in compliance with international and localfinancial regulations.Support the annual audit process for all countries, prepare samples submission andhandle all local audit queries.TransformationProactively identify, propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities on process improvements and automations.Support or lead ad hoc projects.**Requirements**:Diploma/High school/Professional certification in Accountancy.3:5 years of Shared Service relevant experience.Experience working with multinational organization/environment especially in a high growth, rapidly changing culture.Good billing and receipts/collection process knowledge.Good Excel skill.Experience with SSC environment will be an added advantage.Experience in transformation in implementing process improvements and automations.Knowledge of NetSuite ERP system will be an added advantage.Knowledge in automation and BI tools (ie Power BI and Tableu) would bean addedadvantage.Meticulous and pay attention to details.Ability to complete work on schedule and work under pressure.Good problem:solving skills.Effective communication skills.Team player and the ability to work independently.Proactively and continuously strives for transformation to implement process improvements and automations.
