ECM is seeking an IT Technician - English fluentlyLet me know your salary range.**Requirements**:- 2-3 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider environment- Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware, software, and network infrastructure- Familiarity with AutoTask, Datto RMM, and IT Glue- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Willingness to learn new technologies and skills- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ are a plus**Responsibilities**:- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure- Escalate issues to the Level 3 team when necessary- Work with clients to resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner- Document all support requests and resolutions in AutoTask and IT Glue- Perform routine maintenance tasks on client systems and networks- Perform proactive monitoring of client systems and networks using Datto RMM- Assist with client onboarding and offboarding tasks as needed- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required- Maintain a high level of technical expertise and knowledge of industry trends and best practicesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por contratoDuración del contrato: 12 meses
