Then it's time to join Western Union as a Junior FX Dealer.**Western Union powers your pursuit.**Your role is the key to the point of contact between the company and our corporate clients.**Role Responsibilities**- Prospect, visit and affiliate small, medium, and large companies that buy and sell dollars and euros nationally.- Market analysis and presentation of KPIs to the leader.- Maintain customer loyalty.- Resolve our clients' conflicts and expand the client network.- Different projects to improve the process, product, and service.**Role Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in administration, economy, Accounting, Finance, business or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in financial, bank or fintech company. Or executives/professionals who have a wide portfolio of companies in various areas, with the general manager, administration and finance, treasury and/or accounting as their main contact.- Basic knowledge of the foreign exchange market, exchange rate, fluctuation of the dollar and euro.- Strong customer service and relationship building.- Ability to work independently or with mínimal supervision. Leadership and problem solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment.- Microsoft Office knowledge.
