Practicante De Apoyo Administrativo

The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking one proactive and responsible Trainee from Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related careers to be part of the Campus Shared Services team.
The position: This position will be based in HQ-Lima, Peru and will report directly to the Campus Shared Services Officer.
Training activities:
•Support with payment process and requisitions in OCS system (CIP's ERP).
•Follow up contractual terms of vendors.
•Support with travel logistics activities.
•Organize database for institutional contracts.
•Support with database analytics from current vendors.
What are we looking for?
•Graduated from Administration or Industrial Engineer or related studies.
•Belonging to the upper third of their faculty (indispensable requirement).
•Excellent skills in handling office technology and software applications
•Outstanding writing and reporting skills
•Intermediate written and oral communication skills in English.
•Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
