You will integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate with their designers and engineers daily.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience as an Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning Engineer.Advanced English proficiency.Four-year college degree required.Experience creating, deploying, and scaling Agentic AI systems at enterprise level.Ability to design autonomous or semi-autonomous agents with multi-step reasoning.Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI trends.Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), LLMs (OpenAI, Vertex AI), and AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen).Hands-on with retrieval-augmented generation, memory management, and AI safety.Proficiency in Python and frameworks like LangChain for developing AI/ML models.Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.Ability to maintain scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production AI systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Positive attitude and proactive mindset.Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.Ability to work 40 hours per week and take ownership of tasks.What We OfferCompetitive pay.100% remote work environment.Opportunities to work with startups and Fortune 500 companies.Continuing education and career growth opportunities.We value diversity and inclusion, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds to apply.
