Supports customers in all product-related application troubleshooting within his/her area.
Performs site visits with the Sales Manager to assist in sales and/or technical discussions, providing application knowledge support.
Analyzes existing and anticipated customer requirements to promote the consideration and purchase of company products and services.
Assumes responsibility for new analyzers' installations and user training (lab technicians, biologists) related to application, including operational training on analyzers, reagents, QC's, calibrators, and other consumables.
Clinical interpretation is within the scope of this role.
Identifies challenges, opportunities, and needs in the field, developing supporting materials to address them.
Supports the Sales Manager with accurate and updated information about opportunities and contacts.
Prepares and delivers effective product/solution presentations.
Maintains high competency in application knowledge, positioning of Snibe products, solutions, and services, and develops similar competency regarding competitive systems.
Supports logistics and planning for instrument demos, evaluations, and installations as directed by the Area Sales Manager.
Participates in validating new installations and supports customers in integrating new systems into clinical routines.
Understands common EQA processes and basic report interpretation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields; a Master's degree is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in the IVD application area, such as immunology, biochemistry, or molecular biology.
Proficiency in English as a working language.
Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
