Job Description:We are seeking a Chief Technical Officer to lead our technology strategy and direction.
As our IT Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our software solutions and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with our business goals.Lead a team of Java and Python Developers to create scalable, high-performance software solutions.Innovate with machine learning to enhance data analysis and decision-making.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master's preferred).7+ years experience in leading a technical team and remote work experience.8+ years Java development experience.3+ years Python development experience.4+ years Apache Nifi experience.Data engineering skills and ETL tool experience, as well as data flows with NiFi.Experience using NiFi for batch processing (rollouts) and real-time dataflows (engineering projects).Familiarity with EU data laws (GDPR) and Customs Regulations.Proven problem-solving and project-delivery abilities.Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
