Client Partner, Spotify PerúLima, Peru | Full TimeObjectivesThe client partner is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key accounts and agencies, and helping clients drive business results on Spotify through product consultation, education, and support.
Success in this role requires strong sales skills, a strong partnership with the Client Solutions Manager, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.ResponsibilitiesLead conversations with director-level decision makers to increase revenue and grow strategic partnerships.Demonstrate in-depth insights into the sales process and product offerings.Lead account planning to align brand and Spotify resources and maximize opportunities.Grow revenue, educate clients, and lead strategic discussions while managing complex relationships.Show expertise in all matters related to your portfolio, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.Educate clients on products and provide updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes.Collaborate with external clients and internal stakeholders effectively.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.High intermediate level of verbal and written English.Experience in client relationship management and consultative selling.Knowledge and experience in online and offline media.Strong negotiation skills and effective presentation abilities to close deals.Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building a sales pipeline.Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.Experience with data-driven sales processes, including reporting and forecasting.Ability to drive results and build relationships across various client levels.Position DetailsThis is a full-time position.
