REPORTS TO: Finance Manager - Peru, Bolivia & Ecuador

PEBAC is a business unit formed by 5 countries (Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina & Chile) with similar market contexts, trends and opportunities across them. Its ambition is to change the way consumers celebrate. For delivering our ambition the focus is in: reinforce our consumer recruitment strategy, consolidate our portfolio to face local spirits and beer competition for recruiting wiser, simplify our operating model that can cope with usual environmental volatility, route to consumer partners willing to integrate and create superior holistic value and flexible organization with an integrated winning and productive mindset while transforming the way we work with Distributors, to generate efficient, profitable and reliable growth through mastering and being best in class in Distributors' partnership.
The business is mainly focused on Scotch sales, which accounts approximately for 87% of sales. House of Walker, Old Parr, Baileys and Smirnoff Vodka & variants are market's most relevant brands.
Finance structure in market is focused on commercial operations including Business Decision Support, Commercial Finance, Working Capital Management and Support functions (Payroll). PEB is supported by Shared Service Centers located in Bogota and Budapest.

Company Peru, Bolivia & Ecuador operate in a changing business environment characterized by changes in legal, fiscal and market conditions. Likewise other LA&C markets, the country demands constant business analysis as a result of a strengthening competitive situation, new regulations and market growth.
Leadership Responsibilities:
The role is aimed at supporting the commercial teams via decision support analysis; including but not limited to Advertisement & Promotion (A&P) effectiveness, customer and channel profitability analysis, and BPM. It demands full understanding of market financials, assisting the team on the identification of business opportunities and risks, and driving the decision making process by the PEB leadership team.
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
* Being a financial business partner for PEB teams.
* Be an effective link between finance and commercial areas.
* Provide support on performing continuous financial analysis, financial modeling and business interrogation.
* Support the preparation of annual Strategic Plan financials and subsequent updates - Annual Operating Plan, Latest Estimates and O&R scenarios.
* Analyze the business against the plan, previous year and recommend value - creating courses of action.
* Being a business partner to the wider Finance team and the organization.
TOP 3-5 ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Lead the BPM process at the PEB level, helping to coordinate reports with PEBAC.
2. Provide modeling expertise & financial analysis to BDS area.
3. Prepare monthly reports and scorecards for the Peru Exec and focus the agenda to drive business and make decisions when required.
4. A&P effectiveness and management for PEB
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Business Administration or Accountant degree, with minimum 2 year in similar positions
* Fluent in business English - written and spoken
* The role would be a development role for a young professional who is looking to progress within Finance
* Ability to work around and within a variety of different market conditions.
* Analytical and presentation skills.
* Proven influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills (for the seniority level), with a range and adaptability of style.
