Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Commercial Manager, works with extended team members in developing and executing commercial plans and strategies with Distributors and other key stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

:Responsible for relationships with all major wholesalers which includes developing the related strategies and tactics by seeking opportunities and overseeing their implementation.

:Identifies, develops, and implements financial deals, required logistics and communications (example: New Product Notification, Pricing changes, New Packaging, Back Orders) for all channels in close collaboration with marketing from the different BUs, as well as Access area including KAMs.

:Monitors the demand vs. the customers inventory on hand, analyzes sales reports from trade partners, main government institutions and ensures optimal stocking of product in close cooperation with distribution and sales order.

:Conducts analysis of opportunities as they present themselves and works closely with other stakeholders (example Finance/Pricing) in determining value and path forward.

:Works closely with the Primary Care Product Manager in establishing the pharmacy strategic vision. Will also be closely monitoring approaches and best practices in the industry.

:At launch, works with the Brand teams in order to facilitate the listing and stocking of the newly available product with Wholesalers and Pharmacy Distributors, in cooperation with Product Managers.

:Works closely with the Access Area to establish partnerships and coordinate efforts, strategies and tactics for private payer initiatives and government institutions. This could include developing financial deals, negotiations and communications. Qualifications

:

University degree in an appropriate scientific and commercial discipline. MBA, MSc or other advance degree is desirable.

:

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions in any industry

:

Demonstrated strong strategic orientation, analytical and problem:solving skills with the ability to quickly assess new opportunities and the ability to contribute to innovating breakthrough strategies on commercial plans.

:

Results oriented: consistently delivers high performance, timely and quality work.

Demonstrated strong leadership skills (projects self:confidence and enthusiasm, inspires the co:operation and confidence of others and supports corporate vision / leadership behaviors).

Demonstrated appropriate computer proficiency. Familiarity with forecasting / modeling tools and software an asset.

Available to travel 20 of the time.

Excellent written / oral communication skills.

:

Language: Bilingual (Spanish and English).
