THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE:
o Deal with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
o Perform personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required
o Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided
o Promote available products and services to clients
o Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
o Cooperate effectively with other departments as required
o Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
o University degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
o Work experience in Customer Service (Face to Face or Call Center) or Sales of Intangible products.
o English language, advanced or native level.
o Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of organization.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o MS Office, intermediate level.
BENEFIT:
o Remuneration S/. 2,580.00 soles + Commissions.
o Entry in the general payroll with all the benefits according to the Law.
PLACE OF WORK AND HOURS OF OPERATION:
o Rotating Schedule (Changes can be applied according to EU DST)
o Hybrid Work (Progressive on-site return)
