We’re Hiring — Customer Sales Representative (Remote, Peru-Based)

About the Role

As the first voice our customers hear, you’ll convert incoming plumbing inquiries into scheduled jobs and Pipeline Club memberships, spending 180–210 minutes a day on the phone.

Compensation: S/ 2,400 on payroll

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Call Management: Professionally manage inbound calls, providing empathetic and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  • Scheduling & Upselling: Efficiently schedule service calls and identify upselling opportunities, matching customers with Our Plumbing’s services, repairs, maintenance options, and Private Club memberships.
  • Private Club Sales: Presenting the benefits of membership (including priority service, discounts, and complimentary services)
  • System Building and Documentation: Document and improve the call process and scripts, assisting in creating a structured, repeatable system that supports high call conversion and membership sales rates.
  • Technology Integration: Embrace new tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience and streamline internal processes. Regularly provide feedback on technology use to improve efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offshore Team Development: Support the training and integration of offshore teams to manage overflow and after-hours calls, ensuring quality standards and effective customer interactions across all time zones.
  • Active Listening and De-Escalation: Skillfully handle escalated calls by listening actively and employing de-escalation techniques to manage customer concerns, creating a positive and reassuring customer experience.

Must-Have Competencies:

  • Sales & Service Expertise: Proven record hitting call-to-appointment or upsell KPIs.
  • Customer Focus & Empathy: Understand needs and present value-driven solutions.
  • Adaptability & Tech Savvy: Learn new tools quickly; ServiceTitan experience a plus.
  • Reliability & Ownership: Punctual, accountable, committed to targets and quality.
  • System Mindset: Comfortable documenting processes that scale with growth.
  • English Proficiency: C1/C2 written and spoken.
