About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Provide exceptional support
- Resolve customer questions, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy
Your mission is to anticipate client needs, exceed expectations, and help us maintain industry-leading service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-channel support: Answer customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and live chat.
- Proactive outreach: Conduct calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and occasional sales.
- Issue resolution: Provide accurate product and service information, take orders, and troubleshoot problems.
- Detailed records: Log every interaction in Microsoft Office / Google Drive, noting actions taken.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Support team to resolve complex issues.
- Continuous learning: Stay current on new products, policies, and promotions to offer up-to-date guidance.
- Reporting: Produce customer-service reports and dashboards.
- Service excellence: Uphold the customer-care standards set by the company.
- Other related tasks as required.
Must-Have Qualifications
- English: Advanced proficiency (professional, native, or bilingual).
- Experience: 1+ years in a BPO or similar customer-support environment.
- Internet: Stable connection of at least 15 Mbps.
- Typing speed: Minimum 40 WPM.
- Soft skills: Patience, empathy, strong communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Multitasking: Proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Customer orientation: Adaptability to different personalities and a passion for solving problems.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying schedules and immediate availability.
