Collaborate with an international team to provide recruitment services
Create and publish job advertisements on global platforms
Source and engage talent through social media and professional channels
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Manage the entire recruitment cycle with professionalism

Requirements

At least 6 months of recruiting experience; international experience is a plus
Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
Proficient in social media, job boards, and recruiting tools
Availability for 30+ hours per week
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, dependable, results-oriented
