We are searching for a HR Project Manager. The HR Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the HR Director with a number of initiatives, relating to process, data, org design, systems and communications. Prior HR Project experience on large scale property programmes would be beneficial.
In the HR Project Manager role, you will have the following responsibilities:
: Monitoring workstream plans, progress assumptions, risks, issues, MI, KPIs, scope, reporting, dependencies, actions and change logs and organisations for the specific project
: Ensuring actions are clear, logged, assigned and completed across workstreams
: Ensure governance of the workstream, working to programme practices
: Ensuring the workstream is delivering to schedule and quality at all times
: Call out issues, contention, and focus items for the workstream team, ensuring corrective actions are secure and reach resolution
: Organise functional leads to resolve problems and issues
: Run project stand:ups, weekly reports and reviews
Our client is looking for experienced HR Project Manager with experience on large people related programmes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are key as is prior experience in large scale, complex organisations.
