Position Description
The HRBP Sr. Specialist Peru is responsible for implementing HR general
processes within the people cycle that starts with the staffing process,
allocating the person in the correct position, development and retention
processes through (work environment, development , compensation, strategies)
until the person finishes the cycle . HR partner for the region.
Position Requirements
Position Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management,
Business Administration, or related field
- Recruiting: Two years of experience in recruiting in a highly dynamic and
diverse organization or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prefer experience with a corporate or consulting firm recruitment process.
Prefer experience with Applicant
Tracking System and knowledge of the end:to:end recruiting process
- HRBP: 5: 9 years of experience
- Intermediate level skill with Microsoft Office suite
- Candidates must be fluent in English including capability to read and write.
- Ability to multi:task and prioritize
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Self directed individual who has a proven ability to problem solve, drive
results, and demonstrate excellent follow:up skills with a strong customer
service focus.
