Responsibilities 1. Responsible for on-boarding process for new employees;
2. Manage the payroll/AFP and Tax declaration
3. Training employees in company policies.
4. Manage and control of employee vacations.
5. Follow up on internal personnel evaluation processes
6. Respond to people's queries as well as give them advice on internal administrative procedures
1)More than 3 years experience in payroll
2)Know well local tax calculation and social contributions
3) Two years of experiencie working aspart of Human Resource areas
4) Can speak fluent English as work language.
