IGA088 - Global Senior Manager – Professional Services, P&T Systems- Manage regional professional Services team of Zodiac in delivering Zodiac solution in the region on time, within scope and within budget.- Execute project implementation activities such as Infrastructure setup with local UAT, key user training, conference room pilot, parallel run, go-live and post go-live support.- Work closely with regional head of operation and IT to iron issues raised during the implementation and communicate project status with senior manager at head office.- Collaborate with the product team and user group in defining functional requirements of TOS required for Europe region such as pure SC operation, Rail Scheduler, ASC / SH operation model, Transfer Zone management, system interface requirements, integration testing, and go-live of the system.- Conduct gap analysis with understanding of Zodiac product features and current processes of the terminal with the help of business analysts.
Suggest future process flow with customization scope suggested on the Zodiac product.
All those details will be documented in the O&A reports for management approval.- Provide feedback on the latest trends in terminal operations and IT technology such as AI and machine learning, and contribute to the product roadmap by presenting expectations and requirements from the region.- Manage regional accounts as the regional representative of Zodiac for all Zodiac-related issues in support and system enhancement and upgrades of the system with the help of the Zodiac team.
