The Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in IT systems.
2. Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
3. Policy Development: Create and maintain IT risk management policies and procedures.

4. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
5. Incident Response: Manage and respond to IT security incidents and breaches.
6. Reporting: Prepare and present risk assessment reports to stakeholders.
7. Training: Conduct training sessions on IT risk management practices for staff.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management.

Who You Are

Technical Skills

1. Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and risk control frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
2. Experience with risk assessment and mitigation tools and techniques.
3. Familiarity with IT compliance regulations such as GDPR and SOX.
4. Ability to analyze and present risk data clearly to senior management.
5. Experience in incident management and response to security events.

Personal Competencies

1. Detail-oriented and accurate.
2. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proactive with the ability to work independently.
4. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Education and Experience

1.
Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. At least 4 years of experience in IT process management or similar roles.
3. Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Scrum are valued.
