We are looking for a full-time Software Engineer.
This position will involve a range of responsibilities, from back-end web development and programming to QA, as well as addressing day-to-day issues for our clients.
The role is challenging, but offers significant growth potential, along with stock options.
As this is a fully remote position, you will need to agree in writing not to take on any additional work.
Your responsibilities will include managing the full product lifecycle—from creation to production support.
Qualifications · Strong Computer Science and Software Development skills · 5+ years of experience with enterprise software platforms · Expertise in Back-End Web Development · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent on-the-job experience · Experience in software design and development · Excellent problem-solving skills · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment · Strong customer service orientation · Fluent in English Development Tools · Bitbucket · IDEs: IntelliJ, NetBeans, VS Code · App IDEs (Xcode, Android Studio) – mobile app development is primarily handled by other team members · DBeaver · Git Bash Tech Stack · MySQL · Java (back-end) · GWT (moving to Angular for front-end) · Bitbucket · Wildfly · Ubuntu What you'll love about us Work modality: 100% remote from your location.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Peru time).
Holidays: Peruvian holidays apply.
Payment: Via Deel, during the first few days of each month, to the account of your choice.
Employment type: Contractor (independent contractor).
In Peru, this corresponds to a fee-for-service invoice.
Payment method: Fee-for-service invoices in soles (or dollars if you reside outside the country).
Equipment: Each collaborator uses their own laptop.
