Job Description Publicis Global Delivery is looking for an Offline Media Planner who will be involved in the Media Planning Unit and will be support the Team, driven by a common purpose, a powerful spirit, shared behaviors, great character and a relentless focus on clients.
Your to-do list: Conducting competitive analysis for different clients through media tools like Fusion/Nielsen/AdIntel in order to keep under control the media investments and to better understand competitor activities and spending.
Dealing with advertising publisher for collecting and sending all the information regarding adv materials (TV, radio & press).
Coordination with creative agencies for adv materials.
Using KUBIK , a simple and customizable online software, which manages the flow from quote to invoice in the cloud, so pre and post analyses.
Receipts for the daily and periodical press entirely online.
Qualifications If you have: A study background in Media/Advertising/Communication.
Good command of written and spoken English and Italian ( MUST ) High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Mid to high-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Basic knowledge of the KUBIK tool (Nice to have).
