Job Description
As a Senior Advanced Services Engineer, you are expected to be an expert member of the project teams and highly skilled in solving extremely complex, critical customer issues.
You will perform duties with a high level of autonomy, regularly reporting to management on customer status and technical matters.
You will work with very limited guidance from management and be regarded by customers and Oracle employees as an expert technical advisor.
Leading contributor, both individually and as a team member, you will deliver high-quality technical expertise to Oracle customers through CSS projects and services.
Work involves complex, non-routine tasks within the Oracle Middleware stack products.
Due to substantial customer interaction, you should demonstrate the ability to work independently with excellent communication skills, consistently achieving high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Oracle Middleware products, including installation and configuration of WLS and Oracle Identity Management, is required.
Troubleshooting and programming skills are a plus.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is highly desired.
