Temporary position for 6 monthsResponsibilities: Review and validate received information at the start of each Order.Identify Scope, Objectives, Risk Assessment, deadlines, taxes, and committed costs to define expectations, focus efforts, and detect any deviations early.Develop a Roadmap with milestones and deliverables, identify necessary resources, and establish priorities for execution.Activate internal processes for Order execution across different departments.Set up kick-off meetings, prepare an action plan for deviations in delivery time and/or Contribution Margin during execution, and communicate it.Maintain all Order status information updated in the ERP or designated Database to provide timely updates to the client and the organization.Ensure the Order Closing process, confirming actual margins and communicating significant deviations to the relevant departments as feedback for future Orders.Provide timely Order Status Reports to the various clients in their portfolio.Provide administrative support in the collection of overdue payments.Monitor and report deviations in the performance of KPIs for each client.Coordinate and hold regular meetings with clients to update them on the general status, raise alerts, and propose process improvements between both companies.Suggest activities to improve process efficiency and productivity.Participate in the training process for new team members.Promote a culture of safety and self-care at a personal, team, and company-wide level, integrating stakeholders who may be affected by our activities.Ensure compliance with established policies, standards, and requirements by actively participating in HSEQA annual plans and programs, reporting any incident, near-miss, or substandard act or condition, and, if required, actively engaging in investigations.What you bring:Engineer or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business, or Administration.At least two (2) years of experience in areas related to production planning/control, procurement or expediting, sales, or project management.Experience in customer service-related roles is desirable.Advanced English proficiency.Proficiency in ERP systems (EPICOR preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Advanced Excel).Experience with Power BI.Knowledge of Tax Regulations.What We OfferHealth insurance.Career growth and professional development opportunities.
