We are seeking a results-oriented, collaborative Product Owner who thrives in fast-paced, value-focused teams.
As part of an Agile Scrum team, the Product Owner champions the product, focusing on the vision, roadmap, and success.
Key responsibilities include understanding business needs, defining customer requirements, prioritizing work, maintaining the product roadmap, leading backlog prioritization, and ensuring consistency across work products.
What you need to be successful

Build, prioritize, refine, and maintain a clear, comprehensive product backlog.
Serve as a product expert supporting internal stakeholders; respond to customer feedback to clearly define needs and requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.
Be results-driven with strong business acumen; understand problems and deliver solutions balancing impact, effort, and objectives.
Establish rapport, credibility, and influence across the company with strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, simplifying and articulating concepts clearly at all organizational levels.
Assist in developing and maintaining product and client roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and technical feasibility.
Review and validate test cases, design, and test documents to ensure they meet requirements.
Manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities, including experimentation and performance measurement to refine future deliverables.
Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance, define OKRs and KPIs, and identify improvements.
Perform specific domain or functional responsibilities as needed (e.g., dashboard development).
Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Agile Product management preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, IT, or related field.
Previous Scrum or Agile experience.
Experience managing multiple projects with competing resources through various phases.
Outstanding organization, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and product ownership mindset.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal, facilitation, and consultative skills.
Analytical thinking, problem solving, and risk assessment abilities.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
