About the Role
As a Researcher you will gather and verify property data for commercial real-estate appraisal reports. You will source documents from official agencies, analyze information with precision, and enter accurate data under tight deadlines—all while collaborating with a distributed team to keep projects moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Online research: Collect property data and supporting documents for “front-end” appraisal reports.
- Document acquisition: Retrieve records from government and municipal sites or offices.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with co-researchers and other teams to resolve issues and maximize efficiency.
- Data entry: Enter research findings into template fields with complete accuracy.
- Deadline management: Deliver all research and data input by time-sensitive cut-offs.
- Additional projects: Support other research tasks tied to appraisal reports or company initiatives as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and hit strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Team spirit: Collaborative, outgoing personality; comfortable sharing knowledge and asking for help.
- Analytical rigor: Strong attention to detail and prior experience producing high-fidelity research outputs.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Numeracy: Comfortable with basic-to-intermediate math for data checks and calculations.
- English: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
