Essity B 277.1 (-2.1 SEK) on 07-May-2025 17:29Be a Safety Leader: Implement and participate in the safety and wellness culture with the I CARE principles.What You Will DoFollow up on RESH KPI's: TRI Cases, Minor Accidents, Environmental Incidents, BOS, Near Misses, and Insurance Action Plans.Proactively evaluate risks in your area and implement corrective measures.Advise on the design and purchase of equipment, materials, and tools to ensure safety and environmental standards are met.Support the development of safe, practical, and understandable work procedures for users.Lead the building of safety and environmental competencies and knowledge.Prepare monthly accident reports and share them across the company.Assist in risk evaluations for machinery and develop subsequent plans.Maintain a work plan with compliance indicators to meet safety objectives.Conduct safety inspections twice a week, report findings, and ensure observations are recorded in the Gensuite system with follow-up.Implement and lead the training programs for the area.Ensure compliance with global safety standards through Essity's enablers (Sher audits).Conduct daily facility walk-throughs to identify unsafe actions or conditions and record observations for corrective actions.Support incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.Disseminate alerts related to local or global incidents.Maintain statistics on accidents and rates for the areas.Approve PTS for work activities and oversee contractor control.Participate in emergency drills and evaluate their effectiveness.Ensure compliance with integrated management system standards.Keep environmental evaluations and occupational hygiene measurements up to date as per legislation.Coordinate environmental evaluations and occupational hygiene measurements with the Peruvian authorities, and prepare action plans based on their reports.Perform hazard identification and risk assessments for processes.Advise on the development of JSA and JSP for operational activities, form technical teams, and record countermeasures in GENSUITE, ensuring closure.Implement policies and measures to ensure safety of personnel and assets, complying with quality standards and legislation.Who You AreProfessionals with proven experience in occupational health and safety within an engineering background.
