Safety Support Analyst

Be a Safety Leader: Implement and participate in the safety and wellness culture with the I CARE principles.What You Will Do- Follow up on RESH KPI's: TRI Cases, Minor Accidents, Environmental Incidents, BOS, Near Miss, Insurance Action Plan.- Proactively evaluate risks in your area and implement corrective measures.- Advise on the design and purchase of equipment, materials, and tools to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.- Support the development of safe, practical, and understandable work procedures.- Lead the building of safety and environmental competencies.- Prepare and share monthly accident reports.- Assist in risk evaluations for machinery and develop related plans.- Maintain a work plan with compliance indicators to meet safety objectives.- Conduct safety inspections twice a week, report findings, and ensure all observations are recorded in the Gensuite system with follow-up.- Implement and lead safety training programs.- Ensure compliance with global safety standards (Sher audits).- Conduct daily facility walk-throughs to identify unsafe actions or conditions and record findings for corrective actions.- Support incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.- Disseminate incident alerts.- Maintain statistical data on accidents and rates.- Approve work permits (PTS), control contractors, and oversee safety during works.- Participate in emergency drills and evaluations.- Ensure compliance with integrated management system standards.- Keep environmental and occupational hygiene evaluations up to date, and coordinate with regulatory bodies.- Perform hazard identification and risk assessments.- Advise on job safety analyses (JSA) and job safety plans (JSP), and manage countermeasures in GENSUITE.- Execute organizational policies to ensure safety and quality standards are met.Who You Are- Professional with proven experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in engineering.- Knowledge of Peruvian legislation.- Intermediate English proficiency.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, underpins our work.
