Be a Safety Leader: Implement and participate in the safety and wellness culture with the I CARE principles.What You Will Do- Follow up on RESH KPI's: TRI Cases, Minor Accidents, Environmental Incidents, BOS, Near Miss, Insurance Action Plan.- Proactively evaluate risks in your area and apply corrective measures.- Advise company areas to ensure equipment, materials, and tools comply with safety and environmental standards.- Support the development of safe, practical, and understandable work procedures.- Build safety and environmental competencies and knowledge.- Prepare monthly accident reports and share them across departments.- Support risk evaluation in machinery and develop related plans.- Maintain a work plan with compliance indicators to meet safety objectives.- Conduct safety inspections twice a week, report findings, and ensure entries in the Gensuite system, with follow-up on safety performance.- Implement and lead area-specific safety training programs.- Ensure compliance with global safety standards through audits (Sher).- Conduct daily safety walk-throughs to detect and record unsafe actions or conditions for corrective follow-up.- Support incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.- Disseminate alerts on local and global incidents.- Maintain safety statistics and accident rates.- Approve and control work permits (PTS) and oversee contractors.- Participate in emergency drills and assessments.- Lead compliance with integrated management system standards.- Keep environmental evaluations and occupational hygiene measurements up to date per legislation.- Coordinate environmental assessments and occupational hygiene measurements with authorities, preparing necessary observation plans.- Conduct safety inspections, observations, and develop improvement plans.- Support external audits and address their findings.- Perform hazard identification and risk assessments for processes.- Advise on Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and Permit to Work (JSP) preparations, managing countermeasures in GENSUITE.- Implement policies and measures to ensure safety and quality standards are met.Who You AreProfessional with proven experience in occupational health and safety within an engineering career.Knowledge of Peruvian legislation.Intermediate English proficiency.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, guides us to improve well-being for people and drive societal and environmental positive change.
