Identify and maximise new business opportunities within the markets in South America mainly in Peru, Colombia and Chile but also in other developing LATAM markets.
Cold calling prospects and driving the future pipeline of new business potential
Demonstrate the ability to build and grow a pipeline, consistently moving deals from initial qualification to close of sale
Conduct sales presentations, client webinars, demos and training on the product platform during the sales process
Attend sales meetings and maintain up to date records on all sales activity
Develop a sound understanding of the customer and the key players within the customer organisation
Work closely together with international colleagues to implement international prospective customers
Be responsible for solving ad-hoc and ongoing commercial issues
Implementation of new customers in collaboration with the partner
Manage the relationship with Travel Management companies and Travel Agencies who provide the Business Travel services to common corporate customers, to develop and maintain the necessary cooperation needed.
Manage Corporate and Travel Trade customers to maintain and grow the business against target
Create customer loyalty to ensure that the "life time customer value" is fully developed.
Develop account management activities in full accordance with company's objectives to ensure customers retention
Share customer relationship management processes and produce best practices to be adopted to the entire customers' portfolio
Gather and provide customer feedback to promote/facilitate service and product improvements
Utilize Client Relationship Management systems to maintain account management activities and key client information
Special Working Conditions
Office based or Home based position with flexible working hours (availability before and after standard working hours required)
Extensive international and domestic travel required
An academic qualification at graduate level (Bachelors degree or equivalent) in finance, business, marketing or travel related
A minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience with a proven track record in new business sales within a target-driven environment
Sound knowledge and understanding of the corporate card and/or business travel or travel trade industry would be an advantage
A solid background of achieving sales results and revenue expansion, and in selling financial services and technology products
Knowledge and contacts within the travel, banking and/or airline industry
Sales driven personality with an entrepreneurial drive to succeed in a highly results driven environment
Ability to identify and develop new and creative channels for revenue generation and obtaining new business
Confident and articulate communicator both verbally and in writing and able to present with confidence and credibility, using a variety of styles and media tailored and adapted to the specific needs of the audience
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
Persuasive and influential by nature, a highly effective negotiator able to ?think on their feet' and demonstrate diplomacy and tact
High level of Corporate awareness and a commitment to supporting cross-divisional activities
Strong analytical skills and the ability to successfully interact with employees and internal/external partners to solve problems and achieve goals
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively within time constraints to meet deadlines and achieve results

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook including experience of using CRM software tools
Fluency in Spanish and English language (verbal & written) essential
Portuguese is a plus.
Flexibility to travel extensively
