Position Overview
The
Bilingual Sales Assistant
serves as a proactive extension of a U.S. client's sales and business operations. This role is designed for a service-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage lead generation, client communication, and administrative sales tasks in both English and Spanish. You will act as a key driver for client success by maintaining organized pipelines and ensuring high-quality professional documentation.
Responsibilities
Lead Qualification:
Proactively manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads to set appointments for U.S. clients.
Multilingual Correspondence:
Manage high-level client correspondence and write professional reports in both English and Spanish.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update digital sales systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, with high typing accuracy.
Presentation & Communication:
Confidently present, summarize, and explain sales ideas and metrics to clients.
Administrative Support:
Produce professional documentation and manage schedules to ensure all deadlines are consistently met.
Pipeline Ownership:
Anticipate client needs and take full ownership of sales support tasks to act as a true extension of their business.
Requirements
English Fluency:
C1-C2 level proficiency with a neutral or near-neutral accent suitable for U.S. business communication.
Education:
Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a 4-year university, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business support, or customer service. Prior work with U.S. or international companies is highly valued.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office, and AI-enhanced productivity tools like ChatGPT or Canva.

Hours:
Available for full-time work (up to
48 hours per week
) aligned with U.S. business hours (PST/EST).
