Business HR works at the intersection of business and HR strategy: Aligned to business/corporate functions, drive people strategies to meet business objectives, key point of contact to manage people implications of changes in the business and consultative advice to senior leaders and management teams
Key Accountabilities:
Focused on strategy, relationships, and advisory services, closest to business and deeply understands the business strategy, imperatives and operations

Provide strategic insight and solutions to leaders on people priorities and needs; coaching leaders to deliver people manager capabilities

üIdentify the right HR strategy and solutions to meet business objectives and discuss them with leaders

Advocate and champion the service delivery model within the business to share knowledge and insight regarding business needs with COEs and HR Operations, partner with COEs to implement business oriented solutions, and with HR Operations to provide excellence in service delivery

Lead and manage organizational effectiveness, change, and people initiatives

Focus on people issues and trends that contribute to growth and competitiveness of the business, access and analyze workforce data to support decision making

üManage Annual Compensation Budget, supporting the CAR process (Compensation Annual Review) and salary definitions aligned to the market and internal equity and define talent strategies
üWork on the culture and environment plans aligned to be a Great Place to Work

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineer, Psychology, Human Resources or related.

Minimum experience 5 - 7 years: in Human Resources or leading complex and large teams (12) or Degree Specialization studies in Human Resources.

Strong knowledge of: Talent & Workforce Planning, Change Management, Org & Job Design, Performance, Retention & Engagement, Global HR Trends & External Market, Business Line Knowledge, Global Business Economics, Business Strategy Insights & Benchmarking, Employee Relations, Compensation, Culture and Internal Communications

Strong MS Office skills

English advance level

Location: Av. Nicolas de Pierola, Centro de Lima
