ERM - Lima is seeking a candidate to possess excellent technical capability in social impact assessment (SIA) and various social impact related support services, such as Social Profiling and Surveying, and Social Impact Management Planning (SIMP).
Responsibilities
1. Conduct social impact assessments and related support services.
2. Manage stakeholder consultations and land acquisition processes.
3. Ensure compliance with national regulations and laws.
Minimum Requirements
1.
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in social performance.
2. Strong understanding of national regulations and laws related to stakeholder consultation, land acquisition, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
