If you're passionate about software and want to learn or grow in the mining sector with a business focus, this position is for you.RequirementsGraduate in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or related fields.Certified work experience of at least 3 years as a software engineer or in similar positions.Advanced level of English (mandatory).Interest in learning about the business, marketing, and sales fields.Skills and KnowledgeSolid knowledge in software development (programming languages, databases and frameworks).Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and digital tools.Skills to solve problems.Adaptability and continuous learning.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain software solutions that address the technological needs of the mining industry.Ensure the quality, scalability, and efficiency of software solutions.Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into effective software solutions.Assist in the development of commercial proposals, integrating technical aspects to emphasize the product's value to customers.Participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and present relevant technical solutions.Understand the mining market and business trends to support the positioning of the company's technological solutions.Develop experience in commercial and sales strategies, providing a technical perspective to strengthen the company's competitiveness.Provide clear and easy-to-understand technical information to customers, helping them resolve their concerns regarding the use and implementation of technological solutions.Create technical documentation for software projects, business proposals, and periodic reports on progress and results.Actively participate in team meetings, sharing technical knowledge and learning from business perspectives.Work ModalityCompetitive salary according to the market and the candidate's experience.
