We’re Hiring — Software Onboarding Specialist
**Shift:**Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Central Time
**Compensation:**S/ 4,500 on payroll
About the Role
As our new Software Onboarding Specialist, you will shepherd new customers through every step of their implementation journey, ensuring they adopt our platform smoothly and achieve measurable success. You’ll run kickoff calls, manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Solutions to keep projects on track.
What You’ll Do
- Primary contact: Be the go-to person for clients from day one.
- Own the journey: Plan and execute the entire implementation lifecycle.
- Run meetings: Lead kickoffs and regular status calls, driving momentum.
- Manage timelines & milestones: Track progress, flag risks, and keep everyone aligned.
- Document everything: Maintain pristine project notes and update internal systems.
- Process improvement: Spot bottlenecks and suggest better methodologies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Solutions to deliver successful outcomes.
Who You Are
- Experience: 3+ years in client implementations, customer success, or a similar SaaS role.
- Tools: Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and intermediate Excel & Word.
- Project management: Familiar with PM tools and best practices.
- Self-starter: Excellent time-management and prioritization.
- Communicator & problem-solver: Clear, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
