The Supervisor de Call Center - Equipos de IT will be responsible for ensuring customer projects meet timelines and milestones to guarantee customer success.
The role involves anticipating resourcing bottlenecks and balancing project needs with technical constraints.
Manage and optimize staffing performance
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with key stakeholders and team members
Maintain good relations with existing customers, acting as a point of contact to ensure projects meet timelines and milestones
Identify stakeholder expectations, conduct meetings, request feedback, and review processes to understand customer and project needs
Engage regularly with management to proactively improve resourcing processes
Fluency in English C1-Advanced (Must have)
