We’re Hiring — Support Specialist (Remote, Peru-based)
About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering first-class technical support and ready to grow with a fast-moving software company? Join us as a Support Specialist and help our customers resolve issues with our appraisal-software products.
**Work model:**100% remote (you must reside in Peru).
**Shift:**Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM US Central Time, with occasional weekend coverage (alternate days off provided).
**Compensation:**S/ 3,000 on payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-channel support: Handle inquiries via email, live chat, phone, and remote desktop.
- Issue resolution: Diagnose problems, guide customers through product features, and deliver timely solutions.
- Smart prioritization: Triage workload to tackle critical issues first while maintaining high satisfaction.
- Product analysis: Reproduce scenarios, identify defects, and document findings.
- Escalation management: Route complex cases, track progress, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ticket ownership (Zendesk): Log every interaction in detail and ensure swift closure.
- Customer feedback loop: Collect insights and share them with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in technical or customer support for software products.
- Technical skills: Strong troubleshooting, advanced Excel & Word, familiarity with remote-access tools.
- English proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English (daily customer interactions).
- Analytical mindset: Persistent, methodical problem-solver.
- Customer focus: Empathy, integrity, and composure under pressure.
- Remote readiness: Stable internet and reliable power backup.
- Flexible availability: Willing to cover occasional weekends/holidays.
Nice to Have
- Proven track record handling difficult customer situations and writing clear knowledge-base articles.
- Experience creating training content or onboarding materials.
- Background in startups or knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Appraisal & Valuation.
