Requisitos:
Chief of Party to be principally in charge of overall project management, technical oversight and ensuring synergies across project components and geographies. The COP must possess the intellectual, communications, leadership, and managerial skills necessary to develop, articulate and implement a strategic vision for the program.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership positions for donor-funded projects in Latin America, preferably for USAID.
- A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience achieving meaningful and sustainable results in one or more of the following technical disciplines: knowledge management and learning, monitoring and evaluation, communications and outreach; natural resources management; biodiversity conservation; forestry; livelihoods and vulnerable populations; and/or other relevant technical areas.
- A master's degree in one of the above relevant disciplines
- Familiarity with M&E, CLA and or HICD in a development context
- Demonstrated experience managing regional projects that required oversight of multi-disciplinary teams and multi-country stakeholder engagement, fostering collaboration, and regional client co-ordination.
- Knowledge of the political, social, cultural and environmental development context of the Amazon region
Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)
- Advanced degree in Environmental Sciences, Natural Resources Management, biology, business administration or related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex multi-year projects, including with USAID, DCOP experience a plus.
- Experience with staff management, project administration and financial management
- Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Familiarity with M&E, CLA, HICD in a development context
- Knowledge of the political, social, cultural and environmental development context of the Amazon region
Training and Capacity Building Advisor
- Advanced degree in community development, capacity building or related field
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in training facilitation and capacity building related to natural resources management (NRM) and conservation, preferably in the Amazon region
- experience designing and implementing in person and online capacity building activities for donor funded projects, preferably USAID
- Familiarity with HICD, OCD, and other USAID capacity building methodologies
- Fluency in Spanish and English. Portugeuse is a plus.
Knowledge Management & Learning Advisor to gather, generate and disseminate knowledge and promote learning to further the project's environmental management goals. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant knowledge management experience working with institutions, regionally, nationally and sub-nationally, to generate, document and disseminate knowledge.
- Degree in Information Management, Information Architecture Design, Technical Communications, International Development or related discipline.
- Practical experience developing and/or maintaining web-based platforms to support technical communities of practice.
- Practical experience developing information and knowledge management tools in one or more technical disciplines such as climate change adaptation, environmental management, sustainable livelihoods development and/or biodiversity conservation.
- Related experience gathering and disseminating evidence-based monitoring information, best practices, innovative models and lessons-learned.
- Experience designing web-based platforms to support technical communities of practice a plus.
- Multi-lateral donor experience a plus.
- Witten and spoken fluency in Spanish and English proficiency desirable.
Biodiversity Advisor
- Master's degree in biology, biodiversity, environmental governance, NRM or related field
- A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in biodiversity conservation, environmental governance or policy, or NRM
- Proven experience working on donor-funded projects in the Amazon
- Fluency in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.
- Knowledge of political, social, cultural, environmental and development context of the Amazon region
Communications Advisor to manage and provide technical direction to effectively articulate project goals, results, and impacts to broad audiences; and oversee the development and use of project communications tools, products and deliverables for social marketing, and behavior change communications initiatives. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant communications experience working with donor-funded environment projects, preferably in Peru, Colombia and Brazil.
- Degree in Communications, Social Marketing, Behavior Change Communications, or related discipline.
- Practical experience designing and implementing multimedia communications tools, products and campaigns for wide and diverse audiences; and social and behavior change communications initiatives.
- Multi-lateral donor experience a plus.
- Witten and spoken fluency in Spanish and English proficiency desirable.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist to manage the monitoring, evaluation and learning of environmental, social and economic impacts and mitigation for infrastructure development in the Amazon region and facilitate related stakeholder training. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in NRM, conservation and/or climate change monitoring and evaluation in Peru, Colombia or Brazil.
- Degree in Environmental Management, Information Management or related discipline.
- Practical experience with the monitoring and evaluation of environmental impact assessments desired.
- Demonstrated experience applying the principles of collaboration, learning and adpatiation.Experience building capacity of stakeholders in MEL practices.
- Familiarity with USAID's updated ADS 201 a plus.
- Knowledge of adaptive management approaches a plus.
- Experience with geospatial information systems (GIS) a plus.
- Multi-lateral donor experience a plus.
- Witten and spoken fluency in Spanish and English proficiency desirable.
Natural Resources Management (NRM) Specialist/Social Scientist to provide technical support and oversight to the project activities related to NRM in the Amazon, including but not limited to: community-based biodiversity conservation, NRM, natural forest management, sustainable livelihoods, land-use planning, and/or environmental governance.
- Minimum of 5 years of NRM experience working in biodiversity conservation including working with stakeholders to establish, manage and monitor protected areas and biological corridors.
- Masters or equivalent in relevant discipline.
- Spanish proficiency required and English proficiency desirable.
Operations Manager
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field
- At least five (5) years of experience serving in a similar role for a donor-funded program, preferably USAID
- Proven experience with QuickBooks and Excel
- Familiarity with FAR and USAID AIDAR
- Fluency in Spanish. Proficiency in English. Portuguese is a plus.
Finance Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience serving in a similar role for an international and/or multilateral donor-funded program, preferably USAID

Actividades a realizar:
AECOM is recruiting for a new project in South America entitled: Knowledge and Learning Platform. The purpose of the project is to support the adaptive management of USAID programs under the Amazon Vision; and improve knowledge and evidence for the conservation of Amazon biodiversity and climate change mitigation services. Countries of performance may include: Peru, Colombia and Brazil. All the below positions are technical with a strong preference for Peruvian nationals. Fluency in Spanish is a requirement.
