Apartment Property Manager

Our client is a growing apartment property manager in Washington State, USA and is looking for a Part-Time  Virtual Property Manager who is very experienced with Appfolio (this is a requirement). 
This is a remote position and expected to work 20 hours per week on a U.S. Pacific Coast time zone (Seattle Washington). The schedule will roughly be 3pm- 6:30pm PDT M-F and a few hours on Saturday. This will grow to Full-Time as the firm acquires more properties. The candidate will report directly to the regional manager and will need to have Excellent English Skills (both written and spoken) and will be expected to talk to tenants and their manager frequently.  Requirements: Must be very experienced in Appfolio - please do not apply if this is not you Experience in apartment real estate rentals and property management  Familiarity with building systems, maintenance requests, tenant onboarding, leasing ads, documentation and administration Skilled with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent English Skills - no exceptions You must have your own computer, strong Internet connection and a clean home office Bookkeeping experience is a plus Role and Responsibilities This role will support the on-site property manager and regional manager  Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.
