The Marketplace Growth team is charged with the growth of small and medium local sellers on Confidencial, through providing a platform for SMEs to access a larger market online, training opportunities, and lowering the barrier for sales. You are expected to work closely with the Seller Growth team, the Partnerships team, offline agencies engaged by Confidencial, and Channel teams to ensure smooth processes, execute and manage the operations of the Seller Growth team, contributing to efficient roll out of business strategies.Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will be responsible for:- Smooth operations between the Seller Growth team and offline agencies engaged- Sourcing for new pipelines and securing first discussions with potential partners- Liaison and execution of all precinct partnerships that Seller Growth team is required to manage, arranging for agents' presence in onboarding and liaising internally- Assist in training and onboarding new offline agencies- Any adhoc acquisition efforts that require dissemination to other stakeholdersJob Requirements- Min.
