Ensuring Sales is forecasting properly, allocations of supply and other operations dutiesResponsible for a commodity hardware forecast cadence to meet quarterly revenue commitsCoordinate with sales and operations, product development, procurement and supply planning teams on NPI, forecast timing, EOL and last time buysStakeholder management:Work with cross functional teams to support sales and finance team in revenue attainmentAdminister forecast consensus meetings with Finance and Sales Operations evaluating the quarterly sales forecast for accuracyReview and assess the risks to supply and demand and communicate information to management, supply chainand finance teamContinuous improvement on operational metricsResponsible for hardware forecast cadence to meet quarterly revenue commitsAlign product and service forecast with the financial planning and analysis revenue commits for North AmericaCoordinate with sales and operations, product development, procurement and supply planning teams on NPI, forecast timing, EOL and last time buysParticipate in weekly sales roadmap calls to answer product availability related questions, assess immediate product demand, understand outstanding risks and opportunities, booking pace, etc.Order Management and ImplementationWork with Finance and Sales Managers to determine prioritiesInteraction with Order Entry group daily on scheduling of orders, product issues, holds and prioritiesEnsure team checking that there are no restrictions on orders that wont meet with order compliance before scheduling, particularly at month and quarter endReporting as required by various groupsCoordinate with the global logistics teams on freight methods, and tracking of inbound supply shipments to communicate to Sale, Finance and SalesOperations on supply availabilityEnd to end account management for largest petroleum customer including direct customer and supplier contact, and order management What qualifications will you need to be successful? Bachelors degree + 4:5 years directly related experience OR Masters degree + 2:3 year directly related experience.Demonstrated ability to independently operate in a dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with senior management as well as individual contributors.Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions and take independent action.3+ years experience in Sales OperationsWorking knowledge of supply chain methods and technologies.Out of the box thinkingIndependent character, an initiator, decision makerAbility to work under pressureGood reporting and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Working knowledge and experience of ERP systems such as, Oracle, a plus.Working kn
