It is this passion for innovation that drives eachone of our employees for personal and professional success.What youll doVerifone is seeking a Credit and Collection Analyst as part of the North America finance team The Credit and Collection Analyst is responsible for collections and forecasting cash receipts from accounts within the United States. Contact assigned customers in your Advanced Collections Portfolio on a daily basis.Prepare the cash forecast and weekly Accounts Receivable report.Liaison with other departments (i.e., Billing, Sales, and Treasury) to resolve any issues causing a delay in payment.Keep accounts receivable data reconciled with customer data on an ongoing basis.Other duties as assigned by management. What qualifications will you need to be successful? 2:5 years' experience in commercial collections. A bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field.Advanced skills within Microsoft Excel. Computer literate in automated collections programs such as Advance Collections or Oracle. Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exemplary customer service skills.Strong planning and interpersonal skillsmitted, creative self:starter who is not afraid to take initiative.Passionate about striving for continuous improvement.
