**Responsibilities**:- Serve as the point person for office computer data information including inputting client information, measurements, and scope of work into computer programs.- Collect payments from clients for each specific job.- Ability to answer cold phone calls and collect information from the client.- Be the Point of Contact for the homeowner to ask questions and concerns about payments and contracts.- Organize the office/warehouse layout, order supplies, and create spreadsheets to increase efficiency in the company.- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies and procedures.- Create and coordinate better systems for our office equipment.- Ability to wear multiple hats for different administrative positions.**Skills**:- Must be able to take control and problem-solve effectively.- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, docusign, and Google Drive, in particular).- Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. PCs.
