Peru**Position Description**This position aims to contribute and develop the Volvo CE distribution network business, promoting high performance of Dealers operations, sustainable growth and customer success.**Main Role**:- Perform as facilitator and developer to support dealers to be successful in their markets.**Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities f****or designated territory**:- Drive the Partnership Development Program (PDP) process to assure business alignment to achieve- Volvo CE wanted position and business targets.- Assure Partnership development program (PDP) system reporting and dashboard.- Monitor dealer performance; main KPIs and achievement of PDP action plans.- Execute the Retail Strategy plan per dealer and/or market.- Coordinate activities related to dealer coverage expansion, merge and/ or divestment.- Coordinate legal topics as contracts, due diligence, notification and certificates.- Assure Service Excellence Program - SEP and Champions League program development, execution and continuous improvement. (awareness/knowledge, coaching, improvement and actions).- Active coordination of Lean Dealers and CRM implementation, trainings and practices in the dealernet.- Drive continuous improvement with Kaizen(A3) and innovation mindset.- Promote innovation initiatives within Volvo and dealers using Volvo defined platform.- Drive dealer´s start-up, recovery and phase out actions.- Be an active member of Volvo CE sales area by supporting the District Director on dealer development related topics.- Promote benchmark and share best practices.- Develop and conduct trainings on relevant topics.**Key Skills**:- Strategic thinking to action/execution.- Retail and Dealer business understanding.- Lean/VPS - Continuous improvement.- Project management.- Negotiation- Teamwork- Retail Legal aspects- Customer Focus- Innovation and Knowledge Management- Financial performance analysis knowledge (desired)**Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position**:- Graduate in Business, Engineering or related.- Vast experience from OEM and/or dealership development and/or management in relevant positions.**Additional Important Requirements**:- Flexibility to travel- Being able to communicate efficiently in Portuguese, Spanish and English- Lean and Innovation thinking- MBA in related areas (desired)**About us****Volvo Construction Equipment** is a global company driven by passion, curiosity and by our purpose: to build the world we want to live in.
