A training centre in Tejakula (Buleleng, Bali) is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Finance and Accounting Manager (Full:Time)**Responsibilities**:Responsible for the integrity of accounting systemPrepare financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecastsMaintain chart of accounts, tracks and review expenditure against set budgetsAnalyze business performance/resultsProvide feedback to senior managementMaintain and ensure that all relevant legal and tax procedures and permits are complied withAdminister transfers and payments to third partiesCoordinate and prepare annual budgets, including operating and capital expenditure budgets with accuracy and timelinessResponsible for all purchases and paymentsCoordinates with Kitchen and Restaurant Managers to ensure supplies are always availablePrepare budget and funding allocations for vocational programsCoordinate with Accounting Dept of the foundation**Requirements**:Indonesian citizenAt least a bachelor degree of Accounting majorMinimum 4 years of professional experience infinance or accounting, including experience as the head of these areasWillingness to undergo Living Values Education trainingWilling to live in East BulelengExcellent organizational and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailFamiliar with Indonesian tax law is a mustFamiliar with MYOB, Quick Time or any other accounting systemsA team player, organized, and able to work with expatriatesHas a willingness to learn new skills and assume responsibilities flexiblyHas the ability to work independently, find solutions, prioritize and exercise discretionAbility to work quickly and deliver projects to tight deadlinesAbility to work in a multicultural and interdisciplinary working environmentPositive attitude, hard:working, reliable, motivated and passionate about social impact**Job Type**:Full:timeApplication Question(s):Do you have any experience using any Accounting systems?
