Job Purpose *This role is responsible to provide technical leadership for enterprise information technology efforts, including the design, development and delivery of technology:Key Responsibilities ***Responsibilities**:Assist to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the projects to ensure scope and direction of each project is on schedule.Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projectManage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesDetermine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completionEstablish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the projectTo keep the project on track in terms of schedule and budgetIdentifying, monitoring and responding to risksTo ensure compliance with IT:Security, good project management practices, IT standards and policies and AuditTo ensure project documentation is kept up:to:date.Assume responsibility for tasks as directed by project sponsorsJob Specification ***Qualifications**:Bachelors Degree or Professional Qualification Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalentRelevant Work ExperienceAt least 5:8 years experience in project management andSDLC processes. (At least 2 years in a leading role.)Required Competencies and Skills *Competencies/SkillsTechnical/Functional skillsStrong technical background in IT infrastructure, software development, access management and IT security.Strong and tested project management skills, including sponsor and risk management.Act as a liaison for the technical team to the project management team.In:depth knowledge of consumer banking products and services will be an advantage.Experience with large scale CRM transformation implementations is an added advantageDemonstrated portfolio of work showcasing technical competencePersonal skills (Soft Competencies (Core/Leadership))Strong presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams whenever necessaryCritical Thinking and Problem:Solving:Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent.
